CARVER, SR., Archie E. Age 72 of Hendersonville. April 08, 2009. He was a graduate of Montgomery High School in Lexington, TN and Tennessee A & I State University. He retired from the US Deparment of Agriculture Poultry Grading Division. Archie was preceded in death by parents, William Sr., and Lula Mai; son, Archie Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 50 years, Virgie; son, Darrell T. (Gina) Carver; daughter-in-law, Terri Carver; siblings, William (Fannie) Carver, Jr., Geraldine Sharp, and Eddie Carver; four grandchildren, Tiffani, Archie III, William, and Jackson; a host of other relatives and friends. Family visitation Monday, April 13, 2009, 11 a.m.-12 Noon, Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 2448 Herman St., funeral to follow with Pastor Percy J. Clark, officiating.
